At Garden Care Shop, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

  • Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS, with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition.
  • In the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene, safety, or perishability reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Artificial Plants
  • Compost, Soil & Bark Chippings
  • Fertiliser

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Use the template below for your email.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RMA number, and ship it to the address provided.
  4. Receive Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or ship the replacement.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you opted for free shipping, the cost of standard shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange Process

For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once we receive the returned item. Shipping costs for the replacement will be covered by us.
