Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that certain items are non-returnable, as outlined below.

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product categories, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Artificial Plants: Due to hygiene reasons, artificial plants cannot be returned once opened.
  • Compost, Soil & Bark Chippings: These items are perishable and cannot be returned once delivered.
  • Fertiliser: For safety reasons, fertilisers are non-returnable.

Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. You can use the template provided below.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number. Ship the item to the address provided in the instructions.
  4. Receive Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or send out the replacement item.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you opted for free shipping, the cost of standard shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange Process

If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the replacement item once we receive the returned item. Shipping costs for the replacement item will be covered by us.
